The things clients ask
before they begin.
Straight answers about how our furniture packages and design services work, from pricing to phasing to what happens when you cannot be here in person.
A store sells you furniture. We build you a home or an office.
Store packages pull matching sets off the sales floor. Our packages start with a design story built for your home and how you live in it, covering wallpaper, window treatments, flooring, rugs, lighting, art, and furnishings, all chosen to work together. And we handle everything after the design too: ordering, tracking, receiving, inspection, delivery scheduling, and installation coordination.
When you walk in, it is done. See everything included.
Your investment is one number that covers your design fees and your complete package, plus tax. It is not a starting price that grows with add ons.
We design the full story inside the number we agree on together, and if a choice would push the plan past your investment, we solve it in the design, not on your invoice.
No. Your design fee is included in your all inclusive investment. On paper you will see it as two parts, a design agreement with our studio and product invoices for your furnishings, but together they total the number we agreed and nothing more.
It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. A conference room and a whole home are different projects, and so are two homes with different expectations.
What we can tell you is how the number works. You tell us your investment level, and we design the full story inside it. We do not design something out of reach and then upsell you into it. Your Project Strategy fee is credited toward your final invoice, and your package price is one all inclusive number covering design fees and everything in the plan, plus tax.
For single services such as wallpaper, window treatments, or art installation, we quote the work directly. No package required.
For commercial projects, we work the same way, and we are used to the parts that come with a business: budget approvals, phasing around your operating hours, and keeping a space open while the work gets done.
On the first call we talk openly about what your goals cost, before you commit to anything. If your goals and your investment do not line up, we would rather say so early than discover it together later.
Yes. Your Project Strategy fee is credited in full toward your final invoice when you move forward with us on any work. Every dollar you pay goes into your project.
We collect it up front because we are a working studio. The design work happens first, well before any product is ordered, and the fee covers that work while it is underway. Once you continue into the package, the fee comes back to you as credit against your purchases.
The fee is not refundable, because the design work is real and it is yours to keep. If you choose to stop after your presentation, you walk away with a complete design plan you can act on at your own pace.
Yes, many whole home clients do. We complete the full design up front so every room is planned as one story, then we execute in phases, typically by floor or by groups of rooms, in the order you choose.
Each phase is invoiced before its products are ordered, so you pay as we go rather than all at once. Your home comes together in chapters, and every chapter is finished when we say it is.
Yes. Every furniture package includes a product warranty through our dedicated warranty partner. Coverage follows each piece individually, so everything is protected from the day it is installed, no matter which phase it arrives in.
If something fails or gets damaged after installation, coverage is already in place and the process is simple.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and check, with card and ACH payments processed securely through Square. Your proposal includes everything you need to sign and pay electronically, from anywhere.
Neither. We take a single wall of wallpaper and we take a whole building, and we treat both like the project the client came to us with.
Small projects matter because they are how most people meet us, and because a room done right is worth doing right. Large projects matter because scope is what we are built to manage. What does not change between them is the standard, the process, or how carefully we handle your investment.
If you want one quote for wallpaper, ask for one quote for wallpaper. You will not be talked into a whole home.
Yes. A package does not have to cover everything. It can cover one category and do it completely.
Lighting alone is a common one, whether that is fixtures throughout a space, a smart lighting plan with bulbs and controls, or both. The same is true of wallpaper, window treatments, rugs, or art. We design the category, source it, and see it installed, exactly as we would inside a larger project.
All of them, at whatever scope the project calls for.
A single room. The one you have never gotten right, or the one that matters most.
A whole home. Every room planned as one story, whether you are moving in or starting over where you are.
Commercial and workplace. Offices, reception and lobby areas, conference rooms, waiting rooms, salons, boutiques, short term rentals, and any space where the first impression is part of the business.
Outdoor spaces. Porches, patios, and covered areas, designed with the same care as the rooms inside.
Some clients bring us one room. Some hand us an entire house before they arrive. Some are outfitting a workplace. The scope changes. The way we work does not.
Fair question, and one worth answering plainly, because a design studio is not a furniture store and the difference is not obvious from the outside.
What we do. We design. That means understanding how you live, planning the space, choosing everything that goes in it, and directing the work until it is finished and styled. Design is the service you are hiring, and it is what makes the pieces add up to a room instead of a collection.
What we provide. Furniture, rugs, wallpaper, window treatments, art, mirrors, and accessories, sourced through trade channels rather than a furniture store. Lighting is a category of its own for us: ceiling fixtures, lamps, and smart lighting technology including smart bulbs and controls. We also handle flooring direction, framing, and large format art printing.
What we manage. Ordering, vendor communication, tracking, receiving, inspection, storage, delivery scheduling, installation, and the final styling. This is the part clients rarely picture and appreciate the most, because it is the part that would otherwise be theirs.
What we install. Wallpaper, including removal of what is already there. Window treatments and their hardware. Art and gallery walls. Everything else is placed and styled on install day.
You can hire us for the design alone and take it from there, or hand us the whole thing. Both are normal.
No. Large and complicated are different things.
Every project follows the same path regardless of size: discovery, design, presentation, and execution. Scope determines how many rooms are included in your plan. It does not change how the project is structured or how it is delivered.
A whole home starts the same way a single room does, and it ends the same way, with a finished space and nothing left for you to chase.
Yes, all of it. We sell wallpaper, we install it professionally, and we remove existing wallpaper before the new goes up. One studio for the pattern, the paper, and the finished wall, whether it is part of a larger project or a standalone job. See our wallpaper services.
Yes. We design, measure, make, and install custom draperies, side panels, blinds, shades, and shutters, along with the drapery hardware to hang them. Window treatments can be part of a whole home package or a project of their own.
Absolutely. The package is a foundation, not a boxed set. Tell us which pieces are staying and we design around them, so what you love fits naturally into the finished home.
No. Project Strategy applies to design projects, where the value is the plan.
Single services such as wallpaper, window treatments, or art installation are quoted directly and do not require Project Strategy. If you want a price on one thing, ask us for a price on one thing.
And if you do begin with Project Strategy and then move forward with us on any work, the fee is credited toward that invoice.
Furniture packages were built for exactly this. Tell us about your new home and how you live. We design it, order it, receive it, and install it while you manage the move. We handle everything on the ground in Atlanta, and your job is to arrive.
You close on the house. We hand you the home.
We are based in Grayson, Georgia, in the heart of Metro Atlanta, and we serve clients throughout Georgia and the surrounding states. For whole home furniture packages and relocations, we work with clients moving to the region from anywhere in the country.
Every project begins with Project Strategy. We work through your space and your story, then present a complete design direction so you know exactly what your home should be.
From there, you choose how far to go. Take the plan and run with it, or hand us the whole home and we execute it as a furniture package. Both paths start in the same place. Read how we work for the full picture, including our straight answers on pricing and purchasing.
